Service Delivery and Access Policy

Synaptova sells a digital learning service. Nothing is shipped physically.

1. How you get access

After successful payment you receive an email with your login details and your invoice, normally within a few minutes and always within 24 hours. If you have not received it, check your spam folder and then write to [email protected].

2. What is delivered, and when

• Module 1 is available immediately.
• Modules open one at a time: each module unlocks as soon as you have completed everything in the previous one. Inside a module, each lesson unlocks when you finish the one before it.
• Every module is included in the price. You never pay again to unlock a module.
• Most Python labs run inside your browser. Five labs in Modules 1–3 (Lessons 1.3, 1.4, 2.7, 2.11 and 2.15) open in Google Colab in your own free Google account, and Lesson 1.3 also uses your own free GitHub account. Later modules may use Colab or your own free accounts on other services; the lesson says so before you start.

3. How long you keep access

You keep access to the Programme you bought, including updates to it, for at least 3 years from the date you enrol, or from the date your final module opens if that is later. If we ever stop offering the Programme, we will give you at least 90 days' notice and a way to download your submissions and certificate.

4. Technical requirements

A computer or phone with a modern browser and a stable internet connection. Most labs run in the browser; nothing needs to be installed.
